Our largest objective at Aardvark Web Design, is to keep our clients costs as low as possible for their design.
We find that one method of achieving this goal, is to provide our clients with their estimates free of charge.
This is one of many strategies we use at Aardvark Web Design to keep client costs effective for their project.
And of course, we like to provide our website estimates free of costs, commitments, personal information and payment options.
This is especially inviting to our clients as most web designers ask for your name, address, credit card or payment options,
and a wide variety of other personal and payment information that does not even relate to an estimate for your project.
You can fill out our free website estimate form with absolute confidence that we will not request your personal or credit information.
The form itself will ask you some personal information (example; your address) but you choose which information to provide.
The fields in our free website estimate form are optional, you may leave any field blank, if you do not wish to provide that information.
We will never sell, distribute or transfer your information to any individuals, organizations or groups for any reason.
We will take care of the rest for you. Our PHP script will send your form to bobnoble@aardvarkwebdesign.ca .
Once received, your estimate will be given priority and expedited through Robert (Bob) Noble our web site production analyst.
It may be necessary to contact you for a more detailed information regarding your new website before providing our free estimate.
Our goal is to provide your organization with a response within 48 business hours, as most clients want their web site up quickly.
Once the cost has been established, Mr. Noble will inform you through the method of contact you left on the form, preferably your e-mail,
as this would facilitate the transferring of files and pictures for your new website's creation with our design team and Mr. Noble.
Once you give approval (agree to the low cost) we can start production of your design. The entire process will not
exceed seven business days in most cases. This means that your site will be online in approximately seven business days.
